Serving Lubbock and Surrounding Counties
Providing Help, Creating Hope, Serving All People
We are dedicated to providing services to the most vulnerable and most in need in our community: at risk families, the young, the elderly and immigrants.
We are here with services to bolster and support their lives.
Parent Empowerment Program (PEP) assists mostly low-income families, with at least one child under the age of 18. We can help low-income people live in Lubbock even if they do not have children.
Those in the program can be assisted with aid in rent, childcare, utilities, books, uniforms, tuition, and mileage reimbursement.
To inquire further about the program, fill out a form here: PEP Inquiry
PEP is funded by a Community Service Block Grant from the City of Lubbock, with funds originating from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs and by Lubbock Area United Way.
