TXU Beat the Heat 8/9/2025

On Saturday, August 9, 2025, volunteers will distribute free tower fans to South Plains families, made possible by a donation from TXU Energy. The donation is part of TXU Energy’s signature Beat the Heat program. For more than 25 years, TXU Energy has helped thousands of Texans stay safe and cool in dangerous summer heat.

Fans will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis, one per car. No pre-registration is required, but a short form will be needed by each car picking up a fan at the event.
