Lubbock Area United Way Loaned Executives Day of Caring

A Lubbock Area United Way Loaned Executive team visited Catholic Charities on Friday, June 24, as part of the annual Day of Caring.&nbsp;&nbsp;Loaned Executives are on "loan" from their respective businesses to assist other businesses with their United Way workplace campaigns.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
The Day of Caring allows Loaned Executive teams to participate in hands-on projects with Lubbock Area United Way partner agencies.&nbsp;At Catholic Charities, the Loaned Executive team assisted in painting a room that will soon become a Family Resource Center for the agency.&nbsp;
&nbsp;
The Catholic Charities Family Resource Center will include an area where families can comfortably wait for their appointment, have access to computers, and enjoy a reading area stocked with books.&nbsp;
