Parent Empowerment Program
Apply Now / Registrar AhoraThe Parent Empowerment Program (PEP) assists mostly low-income families, with at least one child under the age of 18. We can help low-income people who live in Lubbock even if they do not have children.
Those in the program can be assisted with aid in rent, childcare, utilities, books, uniforms, tuition, and mileage reimbursement. (PLEASE NOTE: This program is NOT intended for graduate students or those applying to graduate school.)
To inquire further about the program, fill out a form - located on our website.
PEP is funded by a Community Service Block Grant from the City of Lubbock, with funds originating from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs, by Lubbock Area United Way, and the Lubbock Texas Stakes of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
